About the Programs

Equipment needed: Pair of medium dumbbells (ideally more if possible)

Types of workouts: Each program contains a mixture each week of strength, HIIT, conditioning and aerobic cardio for a well-rounded program

Duration: Each workout will range from 30 minutes-1 hour depending on your program level

How long is each program: 3 months total

What is the format: You will receive weekly PDFs with each workout explained and links to each exercise demo video

What if I am a beginner: There are FOUR program levels to choose from, take the quiz to determine which makes the most sense for you!

Program cost: $80 for 3 months - 1 time payment (only $0.88 daily!)
