  • 1 month of daily at-home workouts/ movement with a core emphasis- focus on sculpting the body through strength workouts, HIIT, cardio, etc. Only dumbbells required!

  • Form explanation videos for each exercise

  • 40 high protein recipes with calculated calories + macros that scan into Myfitnesspal

  • Sample meal plans with shopping list

  • FB group support with required checkins
