With daily movement challenges, hiking mileage goals, nutrition resources, accountability and prizes, you will finish this summer feeling better than ever!

The Miles + Movement Challenge Includes:

  • Six weeks of daily workouts/ movement challenges- focus on sculpting the body through strength workouts, HIIT, cardio, hiking, etc

  • Form explanation videos for each exercise

  • 50+ recipes with calculated calories + macros that scan into Myfitnesspal

  • Sample meal plans with shopping list

  • FB group support with required checkins

  • For all levels - simply adjust weight resistance used to make easier or more challenging

  • Email support from me, your coach!

    • Post weekly in FB group​
