Mountain Strong Program

  • There will be no refunds on any workout programs or online services purchased through Ponytail on a Trail LLC under any circumstances. All sales are final. 

    Though the services from Ponytail on a Trail LLC are intended to be fully implemented by the customer, they may not be, which could result in a lack of progress/results for the customer. If you implement the products and services from Ponytail on a Trail LLC correctly you should see results. However, it must be disclaimed that even when consumers implement the services in full from Ponytail on a Trail LLC, it is still possible they will not get the results they may have expected. Ponytail on a Trail LLC is not held to a refund in this case, or in the case of injuries, illness, etc.  There will be no refunds on any program or training services under any circumstances.

    By agreeing to purchase a plan, the customer is thereby agreeing to not hold Ponytail on a Trail LLC liable for any injuries sustained during exercise.
