There are many types of workouts that we will do throughout the challenge so that we cover the following bases:

  • Aerobic Endurance

  • Muscular Endurance

  • Anaerobic Bursts

  • Incline Training

  • Muscular Strength

Here are a few examples of training styles you'll see in the programming:

  • HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

  • AMRAPS (As many rounds as possible)

  • EMOM (Every minute on the minute)

  • Resistance training workouts with bodyweight alternatives offered

  • Aerobic cardio sessions either jogging, doing elliptical, incline walking, biking or using stairmaster (you will have the option to choose)
