There are many types of workouts that we will do throughout the challenge so that we cover the following bases:

Here are a few examples of training styles you'll see in the programming:

Resistance training workouts with bodyweight alternatives offered

Aerobic cardio sessions either jogging, doing elliptical, incline walking, biking or using stairmaster (you will have the option to choose)
